Amy’s been teaching in Utah schools for 6 years. She loves introducing students to new ideas and taking walking field trips. Amy’s first film won the Jury Choice Award at the 2016 Salt Lake Film Society’s Open Screen Night.
When she’s not teaching or making movies, you can find Amy in her garden, encouraging historic melon and cucumber varieties to grow. On her nightstand is J.A. Baker’s The Peregrine and China MiĆ©ville’s October.
